Legend has it that the French creator of these cuddly Grannimals was inspired by her Grandmother.
She recalls her Granny creating 10 different animals, each one inspired by her 10 grandchildren, and each one knitted to reflect their character. When Granny was finished, each animal was placed in a beautifully decorated shoe box.
The creator still remembers the day she received hers and how from that moment on, it never left her side, bringing her constant comfort and joy.
