- We firmly believe that postage and packing should be a fair reflection of your purchase so, with that in mind, we have devised a system whereby the cost of your delivery charge ranges from £1.50 for up to £2.50 worth of toys; £2.75 for £2.51 - £9.99 worth of toys; £4.75 for £10 - £39.99 worth of toys; and £5.95 for between £40 - £100 worth of toys. When you spend over £100 we will be delighted to deliver your items FREE of charge. We aim to despatch all orders within 3 days of receipt of order and payment, however please allow up to 21 days in the event of a popular item becoming out of stock. If your order is needed for a special occasion, please tell us and we will do everything possible not to disappoint! If you would like us to deliver to a different address, simply complete the alternative address box at checkout. In the UK parcels are sent by Royal Mail or by a courier and a signature is required on some items. Please contact us if delivery is required outside the UK and we will do our utmost to accommodate. Unfortunately we are unable to despatch to USA or Canada due to restrictions in our liability insurance. Finally, in order to be as eco-friendly as possible, we try to re-use the packaging materials we receive wherever possible.
- Toy Safety
- All our toys comply with EC Toy Safety regulations and, where appropriate, carry the CE mark. Some items are not recommended for children under 3 as they contain small parts but many would be very suitable for a bright 2 year old. Wherever possible we give age recommendations but please use them as a guide and not in place of your own judgement, we are very aware that not all children develop at the same rate! Please do phone us if you have any questions.
- Returns
- Simply return an item - in the original packaging in a resaleable condition - within 21 days of receipt and we will be happy to refund the original purchase price. However, as we value your comments, please tell us your reasons for returning the items. Unfortunately, postage and packing charges are direct costs and cannot be refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Gift Message
- You can also include a FREE gift message with your purchase; just write your special message in the message box when you come to the checkout page.
- Payment & Pricing
- The easiest method of payment is with a credit or debit card using our Sagepay payment facility which has extremely reliable and secure payment features. If you prefer, we are also able to take orders over the telephone using debit or credit cards. Prices include VAT at the current and appropriate rate. We also accept payment via Paypal, just telephone to let us know that is how you wish to pay.
- Gift Vouchers
- If you still cannot decide on what type of present to buy, we think you will find our gift vouchers are a great alternative. At Ballyhoo, we offer vouchers in denominations of £10, £15 and £25. If you opt for this gift idea, we will send out a special Ballyhoo card containing the required voucher.
- Security of Your Details
- We never pass on phone numbers or email addresses to anyone without your express permission, and we would only ask for this in cases where large items are delivered direct from our supplier to ensure ease of delivery. However we do reserve the right not to accept an order without a landline contact number as our bank requires us to have this in case of questions regarding payment by card for fraud prevention reasons.
- Trade Descriptions Act
- We have taken every care to ensure that all photographs and descriptions are acurate, but slight variations in colour, size or design may occur from time to time, particularly where our toys are handmade.
